Marcin Prusaczyk

CFO

Responsible for corporate finance, investor relations, preparation and control of budgets. He is also responsible for contacts with foreign contractors, including license agencies. He has 10 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3 years in KPMG’s financial audit.

Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

He has specialized in private equity investments for over twenty years. In the past, he was associated with funds managed by AIG and Pinebridge. Currently, he is the Managing Partner for Private Equity at Anava Capital. Tomasz Wojatszek has extensive professional experience in building value and supporting the growth of companies in Central and Eastern Europe. During his career spanning over 20 years, he has been involved in such projects as: InPost, Żabka, Ultimo, Waberer, Orzeł Biały and Promedica. Mr. Wojtaszek holds a master degree in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is fluent in English and Polish.

Marek Wasilewski

Holds a university degree. Co-founder and board member of Web2Print sp. z o.o., which creates global, cloud-based IT solutions for the printing industry, and shareholder and CEO of Key2Print sp. z o.o.

Paulina Żelazowska

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics where she majored in International Economic and Political Relations. For over 10 years she has managed the accounting department of a joint-stock company.

Kamila Szwarc – Skudlarska

Certified Advisor on the NewConnect market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Expert in bankruptcy and restructuring law. Passed an exam to become a restructuring advisor. Has many years of experience in the capital market.

During her several years of practice she has cooperated with, among others, Investment Fund Companies and Brokerage Houses. She provides ongoing advice on the operation of commercial companies, including in particular public companies.

Jarosław Palejko

In 2007, he graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in Finance and Banking. In addition, in 2010 he successfully passed the Chartered Financial Analyst examinations organized by the CFA Institute based in Charlottesville, Va, USA.

He has 15 years of experience in financial and capital markets, he is a specialist in the area of investment banking and corporate finance. During his career, he has conducted dozens of transactions to obtain financing in the form of share issues (IPO/SPO), bond issues and from PE/VC investors.

He started his professional career in 2006 at EY consulting company, where he was a member of project teams responsible for auditing financial statements and due diligence of financial entities such as banks, insurance companies and investment funds. Then, from 2008 he worked at the consulting firm PwC in teams responsible for certifying financial information in prospectuses and other transaction documents. In the years 2012-2020 he worked in the structures of Vestor Brokerage House, where his role was to run projects involving financial and credit analysis, valuation of companies, financial modeling and organization of financing. Currently, he is a managing partner in a consulting company VesCapital, which deals with financial and transactional consulting, support in raising capital, market analysis and investor relations.
